The first in-person PharmaSea annual meeting will be held in Ancona, (Italy) on November 23-25th
It’s a big pleasure to announce the first in-person annual meeting of the PharmaSea Project.
The UNIVPM Teams will welcome the PharmaSea Partners from Universities of Heidelberg, Stavanger, A Coruña and the Spanish Institute of Oceanography at the “Aula Azzurra Mario Giordano” of the Department of Life and Environmental Science (DiSVA) for three days of presentations and discussions on the presence and effects of environmental pharmaceuticals in marine ecosystems.
Professor Daniel Schlenk from the University of California Riverside, member of the PharmaSea Advisory Board will open the meeting with a seminar entitled: “Toxicological Fate and Effects of Novel Chlorinated By-Products of Pharmaceutical Agents in Oceanic Wastewater Discharges”.
