SHARPER Night 2021: an opportunity for researchers of UNIVPM team to raise general public’s awareness on the issue of pharmaceuticals as environmental pollutants.
On September 24th UNIVPM team participated at SHARPER Night 2021 (the European Researchers Night), an event promoted by the European Commission, organized in several Italian cities, including Ancona, which aims to foster meeting and dialogue between citizens and researchers.
During this outreach event, the researchers met the public and had the opportunity to show them the role their research and projects play in building a better future for society.
At the PHARMASEA table, members of the public participated in practical activities which included a survey to test their knowledge about pharmaceuticals as environmental pollutants.
