The PHARMASEA Consortium gathered for the first virtual kick-off meeting to discuss the aims of various Work Packages, the time plan of scheduled activities, the general structure and internal organization of the project
On November 22nd all PHARMASEA Partners participated at the first project kick-off meeting held in virtual mode.
The purpose of kick-off meeting was to introduce all the researchers involved in the Project, let them know each other and to discuss the aims of various Work Packages.
The Project Coordinator (PC), Francesco Regoli (Polytechnic University of Marche, Department of Life and Environmental Sciences), has summarized the general structure and internal organization: the Steering Committee, the Project Manager, the International Advisory Board and the list of Leaders/Co-leaders for the Working Packages (WPs) 1-5.
In choosing the leaders/co-leaders for each WPs it was considered a balance among Countries and gender equality.
The kick-off meeting was also attended by Katie Carter, project manager of the Aquatic Pollutants Transfer project “AquaticPollutantsTransNet “(http://aquatic-pollutants.eu/) which aims to maximise the transfer of knowledge and impact of the research results obtained by the 18 projects funded under the 2020 Joint Transnational Call.
